LOOKING TO HIRE NEW IN/OUT HOME HELP for my 27yr old daughter whom is in a wheelchair, yet has many abilities otherwise. *I am respectively open to female or male. *2 separate positions are available *Applications processes aren't too discouraging and needed funds for background checks and CPR/First aid certification are covered within. *Pay and incentives are very respectable yet will fluctuate and can generously increase per ones ability and want to engage with her in specific able outside events. All this far take place within Harford County at Mt. Zion in Belair, Harford County Parks and Rec. buildings(Churchville and Belair) as well she will be starting practice runs with the local ASA chapter soon(it's alocal park off rt 543 and rt136).  Also She/I would like to add a volunteer position to the schedule when all else has settled in and going good. *Mileage to and from her specific outside scheduled activities may be reimbursed if over a set amount of miles are druven per week while using your personal vehicle. I am in the process of trying to obtain a wheelchair van to be the transportation included with her care to allow her to make use if her power chair. I will also accomidate before events and outings and be sure she has used the restroom. *There is the option for you to suggest and arrange ideas of engagement with other extra curricular activities. Ex.. If your volunteering, going shopping, to personal inclusive activities, go to church,familiar events, etc. and you wish to bring her along to include her within that is an option with time. *Children with respect if in emergency situation are welcome. *I'm just looking for a good hearted,well rounded,dependable, trusting,friendly,easy going,loving individual that wishes to work. *She is an amazing girl that just loves to be around others,help out, and just be included. *At the moment the hours available are upward of almost 40 a week but you can choose from the lesser of from 18 hours a week and up. *The said scheduled outing hours cover approx. 6 up to 12 hours a week depending on events and the other hours are flexible to speak on. *You are welcome to pm me or screenshot and/or share my posting. **Also if interested and if on hire for a respected amount of time there is the ability to engage with us on trips or events. Paid hours would be only partial of the days/time as like working regular shifts to give me individual time and your off time would alot you time to enjoy yourself as well.
