Is my van fixable for driving?

I have a van that's been sitting for a couple of years and I really need someone to take a look at the hoses/belts//whatever and let me know their opinion on whether it would be worth fixing up or not. I k ow it needs tires and a battery/tune-up. I'd love to be able to use my van. I don't have much money, but if someone can give me their two cents on this I'd be happy to pay for you, or someone you know, to give it a looksee. Doesn't have to be a professional. I just need general advice. I don't know anything and prefer not to junk the van. Please help.
