I have 6 studios that will be available March 1st. Rooms range in size from 100 sq ft to 700 sq ft. Month to month lease agreement and no extra charges for utilities or anything. The pictures show floorplans with room prices on it, the highlighted number is square footage. Pictures are updated daily as rooms are taken. The building has 12 ft ceilings, all rooms are on the first floor, gated parking lot, alarm system, camera system, every room is secured with finger print locks, heat and A/C, and wifi. The building hours are 9am-10:30pm weekdays and 9am-midnight weekends. I'm available to show rooms every day so email me to arrange a time to come look at the space. Rooms are filling up fast.
