Illinois DEC members volunteer their time to sponsor and participate in numerous trade promotion activities. They also supply specialized expertise to small and medium sized businesses that are interested in exporting. These quarterly meetings cater to minority and underserved businesses, entrepreneurs, and exporters. The OEF combines the resources of local, state, and federal entities to provide meaningful and practical information to help your minority or underserved business grow. Minority Business Focused Trade Mission to Italy, Spain and Portugal The purpose of the mission is to provide opportunities for U.S. companies to access the Southwestern European regional market and increase U.S. exports to the European Union (EU) region by connecting U.S. firms and trade associations to pre-screened business prospects.
