Press release from the Douglas County School System: 02/04/2022 Translate New Manchester High School FAME art students recently enhanced their artistic pursuits by participating in the Artist Noir Showcase. This celebration of the arts has been a community wide endeavor, with their art being showcased at several Douglas County locations.   The Artist Noir initiative is one of the West Georgia (GA) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated's signature programs. The West Georgia (GA) Chapter of The Links is an international, not-for-profit professional women's organization established in 1946. They are a  community service driven organization with one of their five facets committed to the promotion and elevation of The Arts.
