Can get started ASAP: ~1600sqft home 2bd, 1ba Need handyman/contractor to do the following: (*Note some items might have already been done) -Paint Exterior of House: Paint window exteriors includes any necessary glazing repairs. Requires removal and reinstallation of storm/screens 1610 SF -Repair/Replace Kitchen Cabinet -Repair Roof Overhang – Repair the damaged aluminum fascia wrap (or paint fascia) -Install Storm Door -Replace garage overhead Door -Replace Exterior Door: Repair the weather-stripping at the front door -Repair Ceilings: 1. Repair leak over kitchen ceiling, clean and repair the kitchen ceiling 2. scrape and paint the bedroom ceiling -Provide Shades: 1. Replace damaged bedroom window blinds or provide curtains 2. Replace or remove damaged windows blinds in other rooms -Repair/Replace Interior Doors/Components: Repair the bathroom door and door frame -Repair, Replace Heating Equipment: Provide HVAC duct cleaning throughout the house. -Replace Or Repair Glass: Repair or replace all cracked or broken window glass -Install Storm Door -Repair damaged window screens and replace missing screens, including the inset bathroom screen. -Repair the stairway handrail to the 2nd floor -Repair/Remove Gutters: Repair and clean out the gutters, downspouts, and extensions 45 LF We will need you to take a pictures of: -Front of House -House Number -Cross Street -Before -During -After Pay will be via Quickbooks Check.
