Looking for a space to record on Saturdays

I record a podcast EVERY Saturday from 8AM to about 2 or 3PM. I'm looking for a consistent room to record in, inside a space that has wifi (in case we have Zoom/remote guests). Could be an inventory space, a garage, a storefront, an office, a meeting room - it doesn't much matter, but preferably located on the westside. I have all my own equipment and will leave no trace so the room goes back to normal when we're done. Please message me with any details.
