Need to paint a 12 foot ball

Greetings. I have a 12 foot tall inflatable plastic beach ball that I need to paint red for an art project. I'd do it myself, but I live on 6th street and don't have any room in my small apartment, so we would need to do it somewhere else of your suggestion. We would need a compressor to blow it up, Apple Red paint, and somewhere to hang it so that it dries evenly. I will pay for all the time and supplies of course. I don't have a compressor or good paint guns. Please help?
