Business partner or lease sharing space?

Hi, I’m looking for a space to work out of and am open to to options! I’m a trained Microblading and SMP artist. Looking for someone who either has a space that would allow me to work out of for commission/split or possibly doing some partnership with the business if you are financially well to help with getting things rolling. Or Another trained artist who would want to share space? Does not need to be in the same industry but another small business owner who has space they would be willing to share for a reasonable rate or again commission split? Or tattoo artist who has a chair I can rent? Please reach out if you have an interest! Thanks!
