RYE, NY — An early morning blaze tore through a home in Rye Friday. The home on Hunter Lane was reported on fire around 3:45 a.m.
Though flames could be seen coming from the roof, the fire was mostly out by 6 a.m., the Journal News reported.
Several residents were taken to the hospital, likely for smoke inhalation, News 12 reported being told.
Rye, Harrison, Port Chester and Mamaroneck fire personnel were at the scene.
