Seeking a few bounty hunter-type guys to retrieve stolen property

A local service "professional" stole a laptop from my home, and I caught him on camera. You'd think for a $22000 labor only gig, a gal could at least be treated with a little respect and get a guy to complete one piddly little job. Instead, he took me for a ride and ripped me off even further then he and others already have. This laptop retrieval gig isn't just about the value of the laptop itself. Not only can I not complete my payroll duties, but mine and my staffs' private data is now floating around out there and I can't even process my payroll or pay my mortgage this month. But the thing that really hurts the most is the fact that I have a mandatory legal deadline to meet this week. In about 6 days. And if I miss that deadline, my 9 year long running lawsuit will be forever barred. And that reality isn't going to just hurt me, but it will hurt hundreds of thousands of vulnerable Oregonians with disabilities as well, as its a case of first impression with a chilling widespread effect. So as a result, I am now spending what little money I have left at this point into a laptop retrieval project. Since I already have caught the burglar on camera stealing from me, this should be an easy gig. I need a few big, bad-ass, real men to surprise this piece of trash at his house in person to let him know that if he doesn't immediately write me a refund check and hand over my laptop, he shouldn't be surprised once his associates and clients sees him getting arrested for burglary on the evening news. I'd like to get this taken care off ASAP. It should probably be a pretty easy gig.
