Description

The petition circulator will collect signatures from DC Democratic voters on valid petition sheets. Responsibilities and Duties  Collect valid signatures on petition sheets.  Update the Campaign Manager on progress each week.  Signatures may be gathered until March 23, 2022 or when the campaign reaches 2000 signatures (which ever is first)  Petition sheets and clipboards provided Qualifications Current DC resident or if not a DC resident will obtain a waiver from the DC Board of Elections to collect signatures. This waiver can be obtained by anyone who is not a resident and must be done before beginning to collect signatures. Payment  The Campaign will pay $1 for each valid and verified signature. All payments will be given once the campaign has been able to verify the signatures. Any forgeries will nullify the entire petition sheet and no payment will be remitted for any signatures on the sheet.
