Wanted: Head of Maintenance Vacation Property Services- Myrtle Beach SC Job Description: You will be the Head of a 2-3 person team(including yourself) that will carry out Maintenance for properties that are on VPS’ rental program in addition to fulfilling the Maintenance contract VPS has at the Wave Rider Resort which covers external maintenance and upkeep as well as Pool maintenance and upkeep. Your duties will also include: using our property management software to assign jobs, mark them complete, advise on preparing quotes for Maintenance work and helping to prepare invoices . Requirements: Moderate Computer Literacy, Knowledge of Hotel/Motel Maintenance. Pool License preferred but not required Responsibilities will include: Scheduling other Maintenance staff, Carrying out Maintenance work, occasionally picking up supplies locally If a candidate does not have a Pool License when they are hired, we would be willing to work with them to help them get their license.
