The Keystone XL pipeline was for a Canadian company. That nasty ass tar sands oil that very few refiners want to refine is still making its way to market, just on Warren Buffets trains rather than thru a pipeline.
Anyone who believes that a President can control commodity prices probably also believes that the Vice-President can "overturn" an Election.
