Purebred fixed female Shih Tzu needs good, loving home due to loss of her owner. Approximately 10 years old, unsure of her vaccination status. Prefers a home without young children or other dogs, but gets along well with most cats. She likes children as long as they are gentle, but does not like to be picked up. She does not like other dogs very much, and has been known to scare very large, trespassing dogs out of her yard. She is a very sweet dog, who loves attention, going for walks and is a great foot warmer. A fenced yard to keep her safe, while she gets her daily exercise would be great. Her ideal owner would be someone who loves to cuddle, gives her lots of attention, talks to her a lot and always sneaks her food under the table. We are asking for a re-homing fee, but are able to reduce that for the perfect person, who will love and care for her.
