Need 2 People & a Truck to move furniture

Hi there! I have two pieces of furniture that I need help moving from Rainier Beach to the Central District on Sunday morning around 10 AM. One piece is an Ikea loft bed that will need to be disassembled in order to move and then be brought to the new house and reassembled. The other is a solid 8' dining room table with bench. The furniture is in the basement in the first house and will be going up approximately one flight of stairs to the new house. This is probably 2-3 hours worth of work including dis- and re-assembly. I currently have a damaged arm and will not be able to assist, though I have taken apart this furniture before and can guide in how to dis- and re-assemble it.
