Experienced roofer/roofing subcontractor needed

I am looking for an experienced roofer/roofing subcontractor to repair a duplex roof that has rotting plywood due to condensation resulting from inadequate ventilation: • Replace all squares that have rotted/soft plywood with new plywood, roofing paper, matching shingles, proper flashing and waterproofing. • Replace/fortify any rotted lumber found under plywood • Install a ridge vent. • Install new bird blocks. Clear insulation from new and existing bird blocks. • Replace all four skylights with proper flashing and waterproofing. • Ensure bathroom and dryer vents are not leaking in the attic, and have proper flashing and waterproofing. • Ensure no rot and mold left in the roof and attic. • Guarantee roof will not have any leaks or condensation for at least five years. The roof currently does not leak but has issues due to condensation. Please text me only if you meet the following requirements: • Must have excellent references from previous contractors/employers and/or direct customers who can speak to the quality of your work and no drug use. • Must have been doing roofing work recently at least in the last two years • Must use safety harness. • Must have your own tools. I prefer someone with license and insurance to backup your no-leak and no-condensation guarantee for at least five years. If you don't have insurance, your references must be very positive to the quality of your recent roofing work and keeping your word. I'll be calling your references myself. All work will be at your own risk and liability. I can provide a Roofr report and link to a video in the attic for more details. See pictures of dip next to the broken skylight and soft plywood across the middle of the front deck. Plywood is soft around the other skylights also.
