Birmingham First will present their first Pumpkin Patch for Hunger, taking place at Birmingham First, 1589 West Maple Rd, Birmingham, MI 48009 from October 11 until October 31. The family-friendly event will feature many types and sizes of pumpkins, gourds, and fall décor for purchase. Additional events such as “Movie Night in the Patch,” photo opportunities, “Story Time in the Patch,” and a scarecrow competition will be offered. These organizations include Cass Community Social Services (Detroit), Redford Brightmoor Initiative (Detroit), and Micha 6 (Pontiac).
