German Shepherd Pup in Need of Loving Home

I’ve decided that I’ll have to unfortunately rehome my 4 month old German shepherd puppy. We just got 2 new puppies and he bullies them. He bites at them when they get near toys he’s playing with or food he’s eating as well. He also already has aggression towards dogs he doesn’t know, resource guarding, and fear issues (but he doesn’t pull on walks). He also marks every time he uses the restroom outside. Today he actually scratched the floor in our house(marked after he pooped on the poop pads). Also refuses to eat kibble and only eats enough to stay alive. I know im listing all these problems like he’s a bad dog, but he’s not. I just don’t have the time and resources required to train out all of these behaviors. The rehoming fee is $100 but that’s negociable. I just want him to go somewhere with someone who has the time and resources to help him. He has his first shots, is microchipped, had 1st round of deworming and has seen the vet. Let me know if you’re interested.
