This position is for a WORKING Supervisor. We are not looking for someone to manage behind the desk. You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Full Time | Tuesday thru Saturday | 7:30 am to 4:00 pm | $ 25/HR Work alongside employees to model example of performance expectations. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance. Organize and maintain inventory and storage area. Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training, development, health, safety, and welfare of your team. Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
