I NEED HELP DISMANTLING A GARAGE $15HR

I'm looking for help with outside projects in my backyard: First priority is removing and sorting contents of a detached one car garage. Then we will completely dismantle this garage and haul all the debris to the front yard. This will be a multi-day job. Other projects may include: -place contents of garage into new garage after it is installed. -Small tree trimming and removal. -Move felled tree branches to front yard. -Replace broken fence posts and repair fences. -Lawn & garden projects as Spring approaches. You must be physically fit; able to lift and carry heavy, bulky items. Please, no smokers, drinkers, or druggies on my job site. Construction knowledge helpful. Mechanically inclined preferred. Must like dogs. We will work in fair weather only and on days that are mutually agreeable. No rainy or cold days, but my goal is to have this garage gone by March 1st. Age, gender, and race is not important to me. Just be able-bodied, healthy, and able to keep up with a 69 year old man. I can pay $15 hourly. I will consider a team of two (siblings, husband/wife, parent/child, friends) at $25 hourly. Lunch and water provided on work days.
