Hello! I recently became a US. Marine recruit and leave in April for basic. I went into the process having to figure things out for myself, but if anybody is wanting to join and is just hesitant, feel free to reach out and I can answer questions and direct you to my fantastic recruiter! Somethings I have noticed is the Marines are way more like a family community than the other branches. Even before we leave for basic, we work out together 3 times a week, do events together, and hang out.
