Rehoming my 1 year old cat

1 year old unaltered domestic long-haired cat. He is great with other cats and dogs. We recently renewed our lease and our landlord will not let us keep him. He is skittish at first but once he warms up he is extremely sweet and loving. I am asking a $25 rehoming fee to ensure he goes to a good home. I’ll send him with his litter box, his toys, and a small bag of the food he eats. I AM LOCATED IN MANCHESTER, TN but can meet within reasonable distance.
