Disabled female in great need

PLEASE READ THROUGH: Not looking for a hand out just in a bind and anything even advice for where to turn would be amazing. A divorced woman is in great need! A severe stroke left her unable to work. She has no mobility on one whole side of her body. Her cognitive, social and comprehensive skills were greatly affected. Her husband left when she had the stroke so no one really around to help. The house is falling apart. I've had pest service out for bed bugs 3 times and most recent stay here noticed a live one...so obviously that war isnt over yet. Black mold is growing through the walls in her bathroom and her shower is just covered in it...me and a buddy got in there and bleached and scrubbed it all out but it's back. Her sump pump is leaking, I believe. I'm not a plumber, so just a guess but water is coming out of the base and near the water off/on valve and seeping through the wall to the other side and soaking the carpet surround one of the bathrooms. All the appliances in her kitchen except the stove have stopped working or barely work. The fridge is about 50°F/Freezer 32°...had to throw out pounds and pounds of food, watched her pouring creamer and it was chunky so thew out. I replaced her groceries and unplugged it and defrosted the motor. Plugged it in but it's still no good. I wish I was well off and could afford to just fix it all, or the knowledge to do it myself but I do not. I have been trying to get her out of here and into an apartment she can afford where things will be right at her convenience and I don't have to worry as much and could know she is safe and taken care of. However, she refuses and evades her problems; won't even acknowledge them which is normal. She's in denial and about to lose everything she has. This woman is a very lovely person and devoted christian. She has had a rough life and I'd just like to give her a good place to rest and relax and not worry. She deserves that If anyone can donate food, used or old dishwasher, feidgerator (anything is appreciated) let me know the name of a plumber who can work with us on paying for the services. If the house gets condemned it's really all she has and will have no place to go. Thank you
