Sweet special needs geriatric Quaker parrot. This was my moms bird, my mom had a stroke and went to a nursing home. This bird is very sweet, she talks and is very affectionate. She is an old bird, so she doesn’t get around very well, and requires low perches and special attention. I prefer an older person who is home a lot. There will be no rehoming fee, I just want a very good loving home.
