WHERE: We are in search of 1 Day Porter for an apartment complex in the Fountain Valley area to work 1 day per week - 8 hours per day. HOURLY PAY RATE: $17.00 per hour JOB DESCRIPTION: We are in search of a day porter / janitor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in detailed janitorial / day porter cleaning. JOB DUTIES: Our Day Porters are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of an apartment complex, with cleaning duties that include: cleaning of common areas, model apartments, fitness center, pool, clubhouse, laundry room, office, etc. JOB REQUIREMENTS: In order to succeed in this position, the candidates MUST possess the below qualities: -3 years previous janitorial/day porter experience! -attention to detail and be a self-starter! -a strong work ethic and job maturity! -be extremely dependable! -a professional appearance! -reliable transportation! -ability to speak English in order to communicate with office and maintenance staff!
