I am looking to start a small pest control company that performs structural pest and termite control in and near Grapevine, TX and am seeking someone with an available Structural Certified Applicator license, industry experience and brief time available to train/supervise while I operate my business using under your license. You will be paid to: -Teach me industry best practices for termite and pest control, servicing accounts, business processes, etc. -Supervise/train/teach, until I earn my Structural Certified Applicator license (1 year) -Provide initial training hours to get me ramped up to apprenticeship for pest and termite control -Provide brief in person instruction 3 times per week for 1 year (per State regulations) -Allow me to operate my business under your license -Sponsor/sign off on my Apprentice registration application, training logs, etc. -Advise best practices on record keeping on training hours, CEU and any other info the State of Texas may require I have sold pest control for 2 years in the past and am very familiar with spraying and servicing, but do not have a license to operate. To be considered, you MUST provide your license number in the State of Texas so that it can be verified. References may be requested. End goal is to follow all state rules and regulation, teach best practices on pest and termite servicing and spend as little time with me as possible until I earn my Structural Certified Applicator license. Operation will be based in Grapevine, TX. Fees negotiable.
