UPDATE: Family has informed Patch that Marilyn Watkins was found in Tuscaloosa on Monday and is safe. ORIGINAL STORY: FAYETTE, AL. — A Belk woman has been reported missing after leaving her home in Fayette County shortly before noon on Saturday. The Fayette County Sheriff's Office said 70-year-old Marilyn Watkins was last seen leaving her home in the 200 block of County Road 26 around 11 a.m. Saturday. She was driving in her 2012 Infinity G37, with a Fayette County tag of 32AM658. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency describes Watkins at 5'2" and weighing 136 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. They also said she suffers from a medical condition that could impair her judgement. A family member told Patch Sunday night that Watkins was possibly spotted earlier in the day on 15th Street in Tuscaloosa around noon. The Fayette County Sheriff's Office confirmed this, saying she was last seen near the intersection of 15th Street and McFarland Boulevard on Sunday.
