TUSCALOOSA, AL. — A Tuscaloosa man was arrested Monday evening on numerous charges after a drive-by shooting at Catfish Heaven on 21st Street Thursday.
TPD Captain Marty Sellers said investigators with the multi-agency unit charged 23-year-old Dewayne Rhodes Jr. with attempted murder, two counts of shooting into an occupied vehicle, shooting into an occupied building and shooting into an unoccupied vehicle.

Two occupied vehicles were hit during the shooting and a woman inside an SUV was injured when the glass shattered. She was then transported to DCH Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Rhodes' total bond was set at $165,000 and he remains in the Tuscaloosa County Jail.
