We focus on sustainability in both our growing methods and for our employees. A positive work environment is of the utmost importance to us. We utilize many high tunnels, low tunnels, and small farm tools on our farm to grow a wide variety of crops. At our farm you will learn how to use low tech infrastructure and tools to grow many crops the most efficient way possible. We grow many crops early in the season and late into the year in order to balance the workload and prevent burnout in the Summer months. Year round growing is our specialty and we have fresh greens all Winter. Learn all aspects of the farm including seeding, planting, harvesting, washing/packing, and marketing. Our full time staff works appx. 40 hours a week, including farming and a weekend farmers market. More hours are available in the Summer months. Weekend availability for markets is preferred. Winter work is part time (if desired). Learn how to grow a lot of organic food on very small acreage regeneratively and leave our farm with the information you need to start your own small scale operation! Our employees are just as important to the business as the owners are and will be taught every aspect of what we do in order to understand the full picture.
