Edible Landscaping Company Looking for Space to Rent!

Aloha neighbors! My business, Harvest Garden LLC, is a small, but growing edible landscaping company helping homeowners take care of their fruit orchards and vegetable gardens. We've been renting a one car garage in Haiku and it's been wonderful! However, the lease just ended Jan. 31st and I need to find a new place to store tools, vehicles, and be able to do some carpentry. We found a temporary spot in Huelo/east Haiku which is ok but not ideal to have to drive out there each morning! Do you have a space that you'd be interested in renting out? A single car garage has been working fine (I park the truck outside and store the tools/materials inside). Even if you have a little bit of flat land where I could set up a Costco carport, or other storage shed for tools & materials that would work fine!! The ideal space would be/have: - safe & secure - in Haiku, Makawao, Pukalani, or Lower Kula - indoor storage available (or space to set up storage shed) - space to park company truck & employees vehicles while they are out in the field - electricity available - outdoor space to store piles of soil/compost - outdoor space to do carpentry projects (prep materials for raised garden beds) Any and all leads are appreciated!!
