Job Purpose Industry leading biologic controls manufacturer is actively seeking an enthusiastic entry level Laboratory Technician generalist for a blood processing laboratory. Duties and responsibilities • Prepare samples by filtering and aliquoting material • Assists with general upkeep of laboratory including maintenance of equipment and inventory of supplies • Performs other related duties as assigned • Other duties include performing data and record keeping Qualifications • BS degree (or current candidate) or at least 1-year lab experience or equivalent experience or education • Demonstrated ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information • Demonstrated ability to exercise standards of professionalism, including appearance, presentation and demeanor • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple processes and manage deadlines • Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills • Other duties include performing data and record keeping • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are also required • You are a team player.
