Grounds/Maintenance Worker Estate in Weston, Ct is seeking a Grounds/Maintenance Worker to assist Property Manager in maintaining a Highly manicured Estate. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. Job duties include, but are not limited to: -Maintain Clean Exterior of home including Patios, Walkways, Driveway, Patio furnishings, windows and doors. -Assist with weekly lawn care, seasonal maintenance and cleanup. -Daily Flower watering and monitor any water needs of the grounds. -Prune annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees. - Operates power equipment such as, Push Mower, Weed Wacker, Pressure Washer Hedge trimmers, Chain saws, as necessary. -Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes and pruning sheers. -Assist homeowner & staff with requested tasks. - Be able to lift, push, pull and move a minimum of 50 pounds. Applicants Qualities: -Have a neat and professional appearance. -Must me reliable and on time. -Be a team player willing to help others as needed. -Have good commutation skills. -Be able to follow direction. -Exercise complete discretion, respect privacy and maintain confidentiality. -Be drug, alcohol and smoke free. -Have a valid drivers license and vehicle.
