Opening for a full-time maintenance technician. Individual must have experience and basic skills in building maintenance. Individual must have a valid driver’s license. Property Maintenance Duties: • Complete work orders and apartment turn overs • Preventive inspections and maintenance • Diagnose problems and repairs in the areas related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, dry wall and appliances. • Traveling to different sites day to day in company vehicle • Alternating on-call shifts • Snow removal Competitive Wages.
