Our goal is to achieve golf course quality conditions while exceeding client expectations. Sprouts Customs Lawns is looking for a motivated candidate to join our expanding business. We specialize in commercial and residential lawn care services. This position is designed to strengthen your ability to diagnosis and correct turfgrass concerns. This unique opportunity allows the candidate to gain exposure to the business side of owning and operating a lawn care company. Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Scheduling and documenting work • Monitoring properties • Performing routine fertilizer applications • Diagnosing and correcting turf diseases and insect issues • Meeting with residential and commercial clients • Performing slice seeding, aeration, drainage projects, over-seeding and major turfgrass renovations • Learns, understands, and adheres to all safety rules and company policies Requirements • Valid driver’s license • Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain license (Fees paid) • Saturdays and weekly overtime hours may be required during peak season Opportunity • Further develop your skills by overcoming challenges you may not encounter in other turf professions. • Gain personalized mentorship from Sprouts owners • Learn how to successfully manage client properties on your own Compensation $20+/hour, including OT
