Job description We are currently looking for an experienced cleaning supervisor that also has light maintenance skills in a medical/hospital facility. The qualified candidate will oversee the day to day cleaning and maintenance operations at our client site in the Lincoln, MA area. Qualified candidate will also oversee cleaning staff. This is a full time position, Mon - Fri 7:30am - 4:30pm with "on call" hours 24/7. Salary Commensurate With Experience Qualified candidate MUST BE FLEXIBLE. DUTIES: Responsible for the cleanliness and general maintenance of the facility inside and out. Some of these tasks include the following: Keeping entrance/exit areas free of stray merchandise and debris. Performing basic preventative maintenance on equipment. Performing basic minor repairs to facility and equipment as needed. Maintaining adequate supply of cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Check and clean bathrooms as needed. Emptying all garbage container and dispose of properly. Touching up paint and sweeping floors as needed. Complying with all policies and procedures. Responsible for providing superior customer service. Cleaning and sanitizing patient rooms. REQUIREMENTS: At least 1 year prior supervisory cleaning experience Must have basic mechanical aptitude. Understand and respond appropriately to basic customer and employee inquiries. Ability to operate equipment in assigned area. Physically able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, climb, handle and move items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Great communication and interpersonal skills Must have the flexibility to be "on call" at all times Must be able to speak, read and write in English Must have reliable transportation Great customer service skills Ability to follow oral and written instructions Ability to multitask Criminal background check is required This employer does Everify
