Looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person to join our team! Worker should help maintain property to the utmost cleanliness. Practice Covid-19 safety and CDC guidelines. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs a variety of maintenance duties as assigned including but not limited; Informs Supervisor of needed supplies. Ability to properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures prior to using this equipment. Light repair duties to include but not limited to changing light fixtures, changing bulbs, small paint work to include caulking, minor plumbing and electrical. Maintains friendly and professional attitude. Ensures that security procedures are adhered to at all times. Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing work. Maintains working relationship with building staff. Completes daily work orders as scheduled. Responsible for maintaining the appropriate level of sanitary and cleaning supplies Maintains assigned equipment in good working condition. Reports any discrepancies or deficiencies to supervisor. Must be able to speak fluent English Must pass criminal background check Must pass drug test Must provide own transportation to assigned location Special Requirements: Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs following appropriate safety procedures; Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time; Crawl in small and tight spaces; Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (e.g. heat, cold, wind, rain); Walk and climb stairs; Handle, finger, grasp and feel objects and equipment; Reach with hands and arms; Ability quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions; Repeat various motions with the wrists, hands and fingers; Complete all required forms. Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner. Climb ladders and work at heights above ground level (maximum 3 ft).
