2022 Farm Crew at Star Light Gardens

Star Light Gardens is an organic vegetable and cut flower farm with 7 acres and 14 green houses on our 2 locations (Durham and Middlefield). We are looking for full time farm crew members for the upcoming growing season. Crew members will be part of all aspects of the farm, from seeding to harvest. We sell at 3 farmers' markets, to local restaurants, and have a CSA. Because we are a small team we are asking all crew members be vaccinated against covid 19. Starting in March or April and going through November (with an option for some winter hours as well). Days of the week and hours can be flexible, but we are looking for a 40 hr/ week commitment.
