I saw you at the library and unlike so many others distracted by their screens, you weren't. You were looking at a book. You had a whole pile of books. What kind of Renaissance man are you? At the library and actually reading books. I caught a glimpse of you and watched as your eyes moved line to line as you poured over your book. I wanted to ask you what you were reading, but I needed to leave for an appointment. In that brief moment that I glimpsed you, I saw that you looked like a guy who might just be romantic enough to still long for personal ads but progressive enough to see through the facade of the constructs of the dating rituals. I walked away with so many questions for you and the regret of not asking them. But what thrilled me the most was the delightful thought of the questions would have for me.
