Never bitter, only better ✨ it's our February cocktail class! This time we are taking on the classic Italian herbal liqueur Amaro!
We all know that January can be a little difficult on the system, it takes time to digest. So to speed up the process, we're back behind the bar, armed with Amaro! A syrupy bittersweet symphony for the senses commonly consumed as an after-dinner digestif.
And although I'll probably die jesting, this class means business. Cat & Carmen will guide you through different origins and uses, with plenty of Amaro tastings on the agenda. Oh, and let's not forget that Happy Hour menu!
