Description

Looking for a contractor who can work on vacant properties in Dayton and surrounding area. Work would include debris removal, lawn maintenance, cleaning, winterizations, lock changes, general maintenace, bid work and more. Will need a truck, trailer, generator, air compressor, iphone or equivalent, lawn equipment and general tools of the trade. Pay is weekly, locks are provided. Some experience preferred.
