5K WALK SPONSORED BY HEALTH FOCUS AFRICA. Help solve the health crisis in Africa. Every year 1.6 million people die due to poor health. Your registration is the beginning process of helping bring good health to needy families. By having friends and family sponsor you for the walk, doctors can provide treatment and medication these improvised families need. Free water bottles will be distributed at the walk. Register for our race. Run/walk it in one day by coming to Mt. Trashmore in Virginia Beach or count your miles over several days during the month of March until you reach 3.1 miles to complete a 5K by March 26th. Once you register we will email a sponsorship form for you to have friends and family sponsor you for the walk or you can make a donation. The sponsorship funds go towards helping needy families. All registered participants will receive T-Shirt. COVID-19 safety procedures will be observed, please bring your mask. Help save lives, donate to bring good health to the needy.
