I-HOPE (Indiana Healthy Opportunities for People Everywhere) invites you to join us for a special Call-to-Action Meeting in your community! Our goal at I-HOPE is to help you with action planning so that Lake County can have everything it needs to improve health access. The meeting is open to the public and everyone is welcome to attend.
