Show your nervous system some love! Stressology workshops teach you scientifically proven techniques which reduce stress & anxiety and release stored tension and trauma from the body. In this (all levels and ages inclusive) trauma-sensitive workshop, you’ll learn gentle yoga stretches, breathwork, the stress and trauma releasing method, meditation practices & somatic tools to restore balance to your nervous system. While workshops are helpful for everyone, they are highly recommended for healthcare workers, frontlines, first responders, military & victims of violence or abuse. Caitlin hopes to reach those who suffer from stress, anxiety, trauma & PTSD but might not normally try yoga as an alternative treatment. Caitlin’s Stressology workshops release long held stress & tension from your body, arm you with stress relief tools to take with you into the real world and leave you feeling relaxed and deeply restored.
