Currently seeking a Working Manager/Technician with or without experience for a well established Carpet/Tile/Upholstery Cleaning company in Sarasota County. We have been in business for 14 years and have an established client base. Company Vehicle included, Company will provide business cards, polo shirts and hats as well. Must Have: -Ability to lift and carry 75lbs up and down staircases at times. -Valid Drivers License with Car Insurance -Ability to Learn and willingness to succeed -Must have Positive attitude at all times as you will be dealing with people in their homes -Good Communication Skills as you will be talking to customers, giving estimates and selling services! You can view our website below: Youtube Video from National TV show: Starting Pay is: -$20 per hour + Commision + Tips. -Commision Structure: You will get a 40% Upsell/Commision for adding services to the work order for the customer. This includes Carpet/Upholstery Protector, Deodorizer and additional Cleanings (rooms, upholstery, tile) -100% of all tips provided by customer go to the technician. The Company does not do tip sharing and does not take a percentage of your tips. You will have the ability to make good money if you just show up on time, have a good attitude, work hard and have good communication skills.
