An indulgent, deliciously special dinner for you and your favorite people On Wednesday, February 16th, The Pub at Baxter will be offering a special menu for an alternative to the rambunctious Valentine's Day crowds. Come as you are--Valentines, Palentines, or Galentines! Cozy up with your favorite people and experience our special, one day prix-fixe menu, built with love! Each $60 ticket will include a three course meal for one person, featuring luxurious options, such as Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Seasonal Green Salad, Strip Steak, Maple Grilled Salmon, Heart-Shaped Ravioli, Strawberry Parfait, Chocolate Covered Strawberries w/ Spiced Rum Cake-Pop, and Chocolate Torte. We will be featuring specialty cocktails, alongside expert beer pairings, to enjoy with your meal.
