Resume should include a current and working phone number!!!! 40+ hours per week Duties will include but not limited to Outside portering of the property and parking garages General Maintenance requests including Dry walling Painting Changing light bulbs Changing Air filters Replacing carpet tiles Drain cleaning Roof inspections and cleaning Light plumbing - unclogging toilets, replacing batteries in fixtures, Light Janitorial - cleaning up spills, vacant cleaning, cleaning up trash, checking bathrooms. After 1 year of employment will receive 1 week paid vacation
