Styling class that focuses on everything from the consultation to putting together a style. You will leave this feeling more confident. Specialty styling can be daunting. But they don't have to be! In this class we are going to break down consultations and expectations, proper prep, how to break down an upstyle and put it back together, time management, security, and understanding product choices. We will get into it all. This is to focus on your needs and collectively support each other as well. There are a limited amount of hands on tickets available as well. With this session we will take the knowledge from the demo and put it into action. This will help us focus even more on sharpening your skills and targeting specific points during the styling session. Haley Garber is a styling specialist who has grown her business through social media. She is a part of the Modern Salon Artist Connective and Cosmoprof Cosmopro team. She has won awards for upstyling, been multi-nominated for the LTC and BTC awards, and runs her own onsite bridal and styling business. Feel free to take notes and videos during this class, and please ask questions! Class schedule: Demo portion is 10am-1pm Hands on portion is 1:30pm-3:30pm For Cosmetology Students and Licensed Stylists. Hands On Base Materials Required: Mannequin (real hair) or live model. Live model must arrive 10min prior to start time. If you need help finding a model or prefer to use a mannequin please inform me. I do have extra mannequins that are available, as well as can help you find a live model. If using a mannequin, a stand is also required. Curling Iron (1in or 1.25in) Flat Iron Micro Crimper (if you have one. I recommend the Lala's Prep Tool) Bobby Pins Hair Pins (U shaped) Elastics -Small rubber elastics and regular ponytail elastics- Required product list will be emailed out to you.
