This course was designed to bridge the gap between self awareness, self love, and unity with young Black and Brown ladies. The purpose of this course is to promote self awareness, while creating a sense of unity; by building relationships with facilitators and other young ladies. This program will enhance one’s understanding of becoming a productive and successful individual in today’s society. Also providing a space where everyone is free to be their authentic selves. Upon completion of this course, we expect every young lady to understand: The importance of self care/self love. The importance of good hygiene. How to “Dress for Success.” The importance of developing genuine relationships. The proper utensils and posture to use when dining in a formal setting. We are committed to hosting events that promote positivity and productivity in the community. We have to build the village back so that there is hope for the future!
