This hands on workshop gives tools and support to Helping Professional guide those they serve through the Change process. "Managing change is hard. Leading Change is even harder" ~Brian Strobel This workshop is the work of meeting those we serve, where they are in their change process. This requires great patience, skill set and a deeper understanding of a holistic approach to change is necessary. How many times have you heard someone make a New Year's Resolution, Try to lose weight, or stop drinking coffee? Often times, as helping professionals, we forget how difficult it is to change. It’s a Brain Thing. Change doesn’t happen in a linear process. YET, it is a PROCESS. This workshop helps helping professional to further understand the change process, the time it takes and how to support those they serve through this challenging journey. Learning Objectives: Participants will increase their Understanding of the 6 Stages of ChangeParticipants will learn ways to intervene at each step of changeParticipants will practice using tools that can help clients assess their readiness for change.We are excited to provide you with this 3 hr IN PERSON training for only $75. Certificates of Completion will be provided with conclusion of the workshop and emailed to you within 2 weeks after completion of exit survey. If you miss this one, don't be alarmed.
